Did a little catch-up tonight, and came across this: corn chowder recipe via what used to be 'Bitten' by Mark Bittman. It looks delicious, and I want to make it now. Not *right* now, because I already made vegetarian enchiladas tonight. But maybe tomorrow. Anybody want to partake of corn chowder? I can serve mine in martini glasses too! (But if I serve it in something that small, I'd need to make a main course too, and I don't know that I can commit to two dishes on a work night.)

what's on your shopping list?
Along with not writing much at all during the month of July, I also kind of skimped on reading any blogs.

Very tempting! funny, I've been thinking about cornbread for the past few days.
D: Corn is in season right now! Maybe we should have a corn-themed dinner night.
Sounds like a potluck to me.
