I did, however, forget to take my camera, and it was so cold out that my phone decided that it was better to turn off than die a horrible death, so I didn't take any photos, but Miles got a couple, and perhaps a few more from the group will surface soon.
Not being one for outdoor winter activities, I cobbled together a reasonable (but kind of dorky-looking) snow outfit: borrowing a waterproof coat and some mittens from my mom, a hat from my dad (that I made!), and some waterproof shell pants from Alexis, and digging up some old hiking boots that I'd bought back in high school (still fit!), along with the gaiters that my dad bought for me when we hiked up to Camp Muir with my brother (1998?). All in all, the outfit worked out great, and I was well-protected from the elements.
I was definitely the slow one of the group, but it was still a lot of fun, a really good workout, and a gorgeous way to enjoy the snow/mountains. For those of you who haven't been, it's not significantly more difficult than walking or hiking, but I did get a few bruises on the tops of my feet from coming back downhill (and having snowshoes strapped to me, stopping me from sliding down). Aside from that, I wasn't too sore, just good and tired.
Oh, and I froze my hair:

And then we all had a big snow fight, in the 2 feet of powder on top of the like 8 feet of snowpack: a good end to a great day.
